we· now accept Credit cards & Debit cards. All 1 night stays are taken in full at the time of booking. For all other stays a deposit of £30 per  single  room and £60 per Double Room is required to secure the booking. All deposits:- A charge of £1.50- is applied for use of cards. Child rates apply for children up to UP TO 12 yrs depends on age. over 10 discount given if sharing with adults over 12 full adult price .

Prices are inclusive of full english breakfast Rooms available after 2.00pm on day of arrival and are requested to vacated by 10.00am day of departure Please note we reserve the right to re-let accommodation that has not been taken up by 6 pm unless arrangements have been made for late check in we would appreciate a call to let us know of your arrival time .Any holiday shortened without prior notice on arrival or after arrival will be paid for in full . In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 24 hrs  notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. In agreement with the Torbay Law Shop .

Ashfield operates a damage policy should any of the property be damages ie smoking ect, damages will be paid for It is advisable to have travel insurance to cover sickness  cancellation ect
